Enough For All: Rally & Health Fair (Portland)

May 6 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

On National Nurses Day, join the Southern Maine Workers’ Center at Congress Square Park from 1-3 to celebrate the release of our report, Enough For All: A People’s Report on Health Care. The report is based on years of grassroots conversations and data gathering about the health care crisis in Maine, and it describes our movement and our vision for universal, publicly funded care.

We’re every very excited to release this report and we want to share it far and wide to make sure our elected leaders know that Maine people want their human right to health care protected.

This event will include games, music, art, speakers, and a health resources fair.

We understand that healthcare is a human right, and we are fighting to win a system that guarantees that right to all. As we enter this era where attacks on our human rights are escalated on all fronts, we know that now is not a time to make concessions or fight for scraps. Now, more than ever, we must imagine, create, and demand institutions that put our human rights at the center!

Join us to celebrate and grow our movement for human rights!
