Connecting Across Differences ~ an introduction to Nonviolent Communication (Level 1 Training)

Saturday & Sunday
9 – 4 both days
There will be a 1 hour break for lunch. Please bring your lunch or plan to eat nearby.

– You will practice the skills of nonviolent thinking and relating.

– You will learn about Interpersonal Neurobiology – what is happening in our bodies when we are reactive …. and how to build self-regulation capacities.

– You will have fun and learn empowering ways of being a constructive person, partner, parent, community member, co-worker, citizen.

Fee request ~ $150. No one is turned away due to finances, please request a reduced fee if necessary
