Protect Planned Parenthood & Obamacare Rally (Portland)

A rally at Congress Square to show support for the ACA and Planned Parenthood. Congressional Republicans are at it again, vowing to defund Planned Parenthood and replace the ACA with a new health care bill that fails to provide coverage for pre-existing conditions, prenatal and infant care, mental health care and allows insurance companies to restore lifetime caps, leaving millions of Americans vulnerable.
